Dish Network told to pay USD 200 million to TiVo
U.S. District Court judge David Folsom has told Dish Network and EchoStar to pay around USD 200 in penalties to TiVo.

AT&T to offer DirecTV’s services
US based telecom giant AT&T has announced that they are soon going to start offering DirecTV’s services.
This would enable them to compete against current partner Dish Network.
AT&T would offer DirecTV services as part of their Advanced TV service.
Their contract with Dish Network ends in January next year.
