HCL Technologies signs a deal with Xerox
Xerox has announced an outsourcing deal with Indian IT company HCL Technologies.
The deal is said to be worth around USD 100 million and it would last for a period of six years.

HCL Technologies considering big US acquisitions
Indian IT giant HCL Technologies has said that they are considering making some big acquisitions worth between USD 1-2 billion.
They are planning to close the deals by 2010-11.
They have identified some fields where they want to expand into. These are: engineering services, enterprise application, infrastructure management and enterprise transformation services.
