Intuit has announced that they have completed the acquisition of rival company Mint.com.
The deal was announced several weeks ago and it was around USD 170 million.

Software Company Intuit has announced that they are acquiring online payroll provider PayCycle.
The deal is worth around USD 170 million.
This acquisition would help Intuit expand their cloud computing services.
PayCycle is based in Palo Alto, California and they have around 85000 small business customers.

Intuit Inc. has announced that they are now acquiring Electronic Clearing House Inc.
The deal is worth around $131 million and it would be conducted in a cash only transaction.
Intuit further said that they are expecting this acquisition deal to be slightly dilutive in fiscal 2008 and 2009.
