Internet media giant Yahoo might have rejected the latest offer from Microsoft for an acquisition deal but they have clarified that they are not against the company.
Yahoo is just expecting a better offer from Microsoft which gives more value to their shareholders.

Terry Semel has announced that he is now stepping down as the chairman of internet giant Yahoo Inc.
Last year, he had to resign from the position of chief executive due to pressure from the company investors.
