US based tech giant IBM has announced their plans to acquire privately-owned Transitive Corp.
IBM has not revealed the financial aspects of this latest acquisition deal.
IBM is already a partner of this company as they bundle their applications with software that it packages with some of its computer systems.

Market sources say that mobile phone maker Motorola has now invested in the VirtualLogix.
VirtualLogix specializes in developing mobile virtualization solutions.
An official announcement is likely to come out today.

VMware to expand presence in India

Virtualization solutions provider VMware has said that they are now going to expand their presence in India.
The company would hire more workers and their Bangalore unit would house more than 1000 employees in the coming years.
VMware plans to hire 200 or so other sales and support employees.
